Running a business is hard. However, there are tools that can make life easier, even when you're just starting out.

We can't thank the developers enough for creating the apps and websites that help drive our productivity. Because let's be honest... without them, we'd be lost! These are great tools that make my workday run much more efficiently.

  1. I've tried several design apps, but I think 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮 is everyone's favourite. There is a free version, and it's easy to use, but it is worth getting the paid version. I have hardly any time to spend on design ideas and inspiration, so it's perfect and suits my needs.

  2. I've tried several different photo editing apps, but I keep coming back to 𝗕𝗲𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘆. I take a lot of product photographs for one client, and this app is excellent for removing backgrounds cleanly and efficiently. Best yet is the monthly subscription is not expensive at all and worth every cent.

  3. I love 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗿. It's so much more than just a social media scheduler. This software tool has various features, including analytics, scheduling, publishing, video uploads, RSS feeds, National Holidays for post inspiration and more. It is ideal when you are managing multiple social media accounts across a variety of platforms. You can choose from multiple plans for the number of social media accounts you want to manage, but you can also build your own plan. So you no longer have to pay for a higher plan for accounts that you don't use. The team is so fast and efficient in helping with queries; I cannot recommend them enough.

  4. I've tried several apps, but 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 is one of the easiest to use. It's a personal decision at the end of the day, but this allows me to bill clients and provide detailed timesheets based on my predetermined information. There is a free version, but the paid version is an economical annual payment, it's worth getting it to remove the ads.

I love how far technology has come to help us be more productive, effective and efficient. Technology has really made a difference in my life.
