Proposal & Planning
We prepare a proposal tailored to what matters to you, shaped by our call. If another meeting is needed to clarify details, we’ll arrange it. Only once you’re comfortable and ready does the contracting and initial setup take place.

Onboarding
With the contract signed, you’ll share the info we need and we will get started. Nici remains your primary contact, ensuring everything aligns with your goals, systems and preferences—especially in the early stages.

 

Check-Ins & Adaptation
Frequent check-ins at the beginning keep us responsive to your feedback. Once things are running smoothly, we adjust check-in frequency to suit your needs and the complexity of our work together.
